The Global Health and Care Worker Compact provides technical guidance on key laws, regulations and policies that protect and safeguard the rights of health and care workers. It builds on existing international law standards, such as conventions and resolutions, and centralizes them into one comprehensive resource to guide WHO Member States on how to protect health and care workers and safeguard their rights.
